i love trainings so much and now that it's gone, it's taking a toll on me. ): the last 2 trainings we had were Especially Memorable (:

the 10km run to macritchie, girls route and back to school (: it was a whole new experience, hardly anyone of us ran so much before. feel so proud of all of us. no one gave up, everyone pushed on. even though it was long and boring and tiring, there wasnt a hint of complain. to my girls team especially, we did it (:

left with 5 and sticking to it.

20km east coast expedition marked the glorious end of trainings! (: did a salem 2 with chris! our vice boat! :D haha. the on the way to eastcoast journey was good (: we came in 3rd! :D i'm sorry if i kept pushing him. cus i cld tell he was tired and i still wanted him to keep on going. what's more he was using a brac1. must be tough on him. oh well! the return journey was WHOOOH. wavy! he was damn poorthing cus he had to fend off the waves for me. each time a mighty wave comes, he'll kena the splash on his face, den the boat will rollercoaster down. saltwater just kept splashing into the boat. ): until we had problems tilting. so eventually, so much water came in that we couldnt control the tilt and suddenly, we capped. GAH. who sinks&cap in a salem2 you tell me huh. den cher wasnt really happy cus pavin&michael helped us tow the boat boat to shore to empty water (cus the boat was FULLY FILLED WITH WATER) while we hanged on to eileen&ter's boat. wah, it was seriously damn traumatising. imagine being so helpless in the middle of the sea. chris could tell i was Traumatised, cus he asked if i was. haha. Ohwell, i love trainings! i love the team! i love cher! :D

which wasnt exactly productive cus we went to watch movie a while later.
